Google Analytics Integration

Connect your Google Analytics to see website traffic data in your reports dashboard.

Step 1: Open Google Analytics

Go to Google Analytics → Admin → Property Access Management.

Step 2: Add Service Account

Click the "+" button, then add the following email as a Viewer:

Step 3: Grant Viewer Access

autoclaw-analytics@jytech.iam.gserviceaccount.com

Step 4: Enter Your Property ID

Enter your GA4 Property ID in your project settings, and the traffic data will appear in your reports.

Organizations & Teams

How to manage organizations, team members, and project access.

Creating an Organization

Go to Settings → Organization → enter a name and optional auto-join domain → Create. You become the org admin automatically.

Adding Team Members

As an org admin, enter a colleague's email in the Add Member field. They'll get access to all org projects.

Assigning Projects

Use the Assign Project dropdown to link unassigned projects to your organization. All org members can then access them.

Managing Roles

Org admins can promote members to admin or demote other admins. You cannot demote yourself.

Deleting an Organization

Remove all other members first, then the Delete button appears. All projects will be unassigned (not deleted).

AI Employee Guide

How to set up and use AI marketing employees.

Creating a Project

Go to AI Employee → + New Project. Enter a name, optional website URL, and description. This is the container for your AI employees.

Adding AI Employees

Click + Add AI Employee in your project card. Choose from: Email Marketing, SEO & Content, Lead Prospecting, Social Media, Product Manager, or Sales Follow-up.

Running AI Employees

Click Run Next to execute the next task in an AI employee's plan. AI employees work through tasks sequentially and report results.

Resolving Blockers

When an AI employee needs information (a URL, API key, or decision), it creates a blocker. Click Resolve and provide the needed info.

Brevo (Email)

Email campaigns are sent via Brevo. Configure your Brevo API key in your project settings to enable email marketing AI employees.

CRM Integration

Connect HubSpot or Twenty CRM to sync leads and contacts. Available on Growth plan and above.

Connect X/Twitter and LinkedIn accounts to enable social media automation AI employees.

FAQ

How many AI employees can I use?

Free plan: 2 AI employees. Growth: 10 AI employees. Scale: unlimited.

Can I share projects across teams?

Yes. Create an organization, add members, and assign projects. All org members can access assigned projects.

How do I track campaign performance?

Go to Reports to see email campaigns, traffic data, leads generated, and content published.

What happens when I delete a project?

All AI employees and their task history are deleted. This cannot be undone.
